JSC "Research Institute of Steel" accepts orders for laser cutting, which is carried out by a modern laser complex with a power of 4 kW with a positioning accuracy of 0.02 mm.

Thickness of processed materials:

• Ordinary steels 0.5-20 mm
• Stainless steel 0.8-10 mm
• Armor steel thickness from 2.5 to 16 mm

To calculate the cost of manufacturing, send the drawings in vector DWG format to the following email: sales@niistali.ru

• the scale of the details in the drawing is 1:1 with closed curves.
• drawings of parts should consist only of polylines, segments and arcs, without axial and dimensional lines, splines, ellipses and intersections.

If a drawing on paper is received from the Customer, then digitization and preparation of the cutting program are additionally paid on a contractual basis.

If it is necessary to further process the cut-out part, we are ready to offer you the following types of metalworking: turning and milling on CNC machines, sheet metal bending, rolling, welding, locksmith work, assembly of products.
