Sewing production

The Research Institute of Steel currently has a well-established cooperation in the manufacture of large batches of bulletproof vests and other protective equipment that requires significant sewing production capacity. However, for experimental testing and production of small batches of such products, the Research Institute of Steel has its own experimental sewing production, which allows for a full cycle of product creation, starting from design, and ending with cutting and sewing. The production is able to ensure the manufacture of products (body armor) at the level of several thousand products per year.

The nomenclature of garments produced by the Research Institute of Steel, in addition to bulletproof vests, includes:

  • Camouflage covers for VIVT based on the RPM "Cape"
  • protective kits to protect BTT crews from radiation.
