Balls of linear devices polymer

Plastic balls SHP-3 are used as rolling elements in high-loaded rolling bearings with a diameter of up to 2000 mm, withstanding multi-ton static and dynamic loads.

SHP-3 balls are much lighter than steel balls. And the running devices wear out less. Therefore, rings made of aluminum alloys can be used with them, which also significantly reduces the mass of rolling units.

The diameter of the balls is 10...30 mm.

Bearing capacity under static loading for balls Ø12 mm – 700 kGf, for Ø30 mm -7500kGs

The material of the balls is phenylon C2

In addition to balls, the Research Institute of Steel can produce plastic cylindrical and conical rollers for roller bearings.
