The Stalili Research Institute, together with the National Institute of Aviation Technologies (NIAT), has developed a unique technology for manufacturing a helmet body from a high-strength titanium alloy, which has no analogues in the world. The whole helmet body is obtained by deep drawing-stamping with plastic metal into a rigid matrix. The technology allows you to reduce the time and complexity of manufacturing products, reduce the cost of die tooling, and the number of defects. But, most importantly, only this manufacturing method allows you to obtain metal shells with the most uniform wall thickness (with minimal thinning). This ensures uniform protective properties over the entire surface of the helmet.
